Medication Administration & Health Support
Medication administration by appropriately trained and authorized staff, medication documentation, appointment support, and coordination with families, healthcare professionals, and the individual’s care team—as permitted by the service plan and applicable requirements.
Community Participation
Support for recreation, shopping, social activities, appointments, community outings, and other meaningful experiences.
Skill Building & Independence
Opportunities to strengthen communication, self-advocacy, decision-making, household skills, and individual goals.
Meal Planning & Preparation
Support with nutritious meals, grocery planning, food preparation, and individual dietary needs as directed.
Appointments & Transportation
Coordination and transportation support for medical appointments, community activities, errands, and authorized outings.

Virginia-wide referrals: Pavilion Home welcomes referrals from individuals and families throughout Virginia. Our residential home is located in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area, and we welcome inquiries from communities across the Commonwealth.
Admission and service availability depend on individual needs, authorization, capacity, compatibility, applicable licensing requirements, and Pavilion Home’s ability to safely and appropriately meet the person’s needs.
